1. stock options
Weaver offers al full-time employees incentive and motivational
stock option distribution programs. All Weaver stock options
vest over a four-year period. After your first year you vest
25%, then an additional 6.25% every quarter thereafter.
2. Friday Party
To create collegiality among employees and to show thankfulness
of the management, Weaver offers a wonderful Friday Party
which provides rich dinners and interesting activities each
week.
3. Monthly Outings
In Hong Kong, Weaver organizes monthly outings for employees
in Hong Kong.

Ties and suits are not required in the workplace. Employees

The Candidate will be located in Shanghai Office, Hong Kong
Office, Chengdu Office, Guangzhou Office and Beingjing Office
1.System Engineer(2 ppls)
Qualification:
A.Bachelor's Degree or above, majored in computer science
or related fields, good at English.
B.Familiar with products by 3com and cisco, grasp of NT, Linux
and Freebsd, work experience in DNS, Mail, WWW servers preferred.
C.At least two years work experience, experience in project
integration preferred.
2. HR Officer(1 ppls)
Qualifications:
A.Bachelor's Degree
B. Familiar with China's Labor Law and related regulations.
C.At least one year work experience in HR management and office
administration.
D. Age below 30
3.Client Support Engineer(wanted unconstrained by
deadline)
Qualifications:
A.Shanghai residents
B.Bachelor's Degree, majored in computer science preferred.
C.At least one year work experience, familiar with fundamentals
of computer software and hardware, understanding of Internet
technology and database, grasp of MS Office.
D.Good at communication, proactive and quick at learning
4.Client Information Administrator
Qualifications:
A.Shanghai residents, female
B.Junior college, majored in secretarial administration or
archive administration preferred
C.At least one year work experience, good handwriting, quick
typing, familiar with MS Office and Access, understanding
of Internet
D.Articulate, hard working, careful and patient in work
