Overall Characteristics of Integration Platform
Overall Architecture
Unified Entrance
Through Weavers integration platform, users can access the SAP system under OA environment without reentering the account and password, which helps enterprises to establish a collaborative officing platform.
Data Interaction
With Weavers integration platform, data and info like materials info, customer info, supplier info, procurement and sales pricing info in SAP can be transformed and pushed to OA system for users convenience. And the data and info between the two systems is consistent.
Integration Hub
Through Weavers integration platform, enterprises can build the ESB which enables other systems to register interfaces on ESB to call data and info. For example: when OA needs the procurement info in SAP, it calls ERP data through ESB interfaces instead of directly connecting with ERP.

Interface Components

JCO Components

Support ABAP-RFC data interaction for the integration of Weaver OA and SAP.

SOAP Components

Realize data interaction between systems by publishing and calling Web Services, and these are more commonly used interface components for data interaction between OA and heterogeneous systems.

DB Components

DB components are often referred to as the integration of database intermediate tables, realizing data interaction between Weavers collaborative OA and other systems by establishing DB intermediate tables.

User Authentication

Single Sign-On

Users can access multiple systems in OA with one set of login credentials without reentering the account and password.

LDAP Integrated Login

Weavers integration platform supports LDAP product, including AD, SUN ONE, IBM Tivoli Directory Server and LDAP.

Process Integration

Process Triggering Integration

Process triggering integration is mainly used for process triggering in OA when data changes in external systems. Through the process triggering integration function, the external data source, the external system, the data table, the data field, the triggered process and triggering condition all can be configured. If the process is automatically triggered, the triggering period can also be configured.

Process Flow Integration

Process flow integration mainly includes: process interface registration, the interface can be repeatedly used after registration; process interface deployment, the registered interface can be used by a specific process. The process flow integration function is widely used, and external system data can be invoked at each process node.

Page Integration

Page integration is a combination of OA portal engine and integration platform, which displays the data of other systems through the integration platform in the form of chart, so the page integration is also called data display integration.
Enable to configure other system data source like SAP, mode of demonstration (e.g. browse box / list), database, SQL statements (obtain specific data) and display fields by data display integration function.

News Integration

News integration can centralize the messages and alerts in SAP and then push them to specified areas as required so as to realize news alerts in real time.
